The amazing meeting with actors of the National Academic Drama Theater named after Lesya Ukrainka
Social and cultural events that popularize Ukrainian culture are one of the components of Ukraine's struggle against the Russian invaders. Our ICF "Jewish Hesed "Bnei Azriel" also participates in cultural resistance and organizes events for the wards.
The other day, a creative evening was held by Oleksandr Valyuk and Yaroslav Prykop - actors of the National Academic Drama Theater named after Lesya Ukrainka. During the meeting, the artists recited poems by famous poets, and sang songs to the guitar, which our audience happily sang along to. One of our guests - Yaroslav Prykop - said that he is from Mariupol, and his mother is still forced to stay there. When our grandmothers heard about this, it is impossible to express in words their reaction, and the applause of Yaroslav after the performance of the famous song "Mother sowed marigolds" became a real reward for the artist!
We thank our guests for a wonderful concert, we wish you peace, prosperity and Victory! Glory to Ukraine!
