Each person has a basic set of emotions. For our psyche, suppressing any of them is dangerous and can have unpleasant consequences. But emotions must also be lived ecologically. Aggression is energy, the release of which can lead to a dead end and upset. After all, it is usually associated with hostile and destructive behavior.
At the meeting, we will help the child to be aware of exactly where the anger is felt in the body and how it feels that it is about to explode like a volcano, there will also be games and activities that allow you to "let off steam".

In the period of preschool age, the child's emotional sphere undergoes even greater changes in terms of structural organization and improves in the direction of establishing a closer relationship with the mental, in particular, the manifestations of emotions acquire a more indirect character. And developed communication skills and a tolerant attitude towards society provide the child with inner confidence, the ability to independently find a solution in any life situation, as comfortable as possible for himself and without harming others.
In the class, we learn to get rid of stiffness, feel the possibilities of our own body, explore our emotions, and correctly interpret other people's facial expressions.

The problem of communication in adolescence occupies an important place in the system of means that influence the development of personality properties, its cognitive activity, emotional and volitional sphere, and individual typological qualities. The dialogical form of communication works most successfully, in the process of which there is a joint search for the truth.
The goal of the training is to overcome the difficulties that the teenager experiences in communicating with parents, teachers, other adults, and peers for various reasons. It is aimed at teaching teenagers to communicate in such a way that it does not lead to conflict situations; to prevent moral suffering and mental discomfort.
