The Nordic club for the elderly
The Nordic walking club for the elderly "Maccabi" is one of the successful projects of the Kyiv Hesed Volunteering Center at the ICF Jewish Hesed "Bnei Azriel". Thanks to 5 professionals - experienced and responsible volunteer trainers - the wards of the foundation improve their health every week and receive positive emotions! Classes are held in 7 locations in Kyiv during the week. There are 3-4 participants-clients of hesed in the group.
Spring is coming soon, the weather is getting better, so we invite willing wards of Hesed to our Nordic groups! Write to us in private, let's talk! Health to all!
