Congratulations to Chernigov “Hesed Ester” with 20th anniversary!
Have you been to Chernigov? - in a beautiful city with ancient history? And have you visited the Jewish Chernigov? Probably not. Indeed, in relative proximity to Kiev (150 km) and many attractions Chernigov is not a tourist Mecca - most of us want to spend vacation days for thousands of kilometers. But we, the ICF "Jewish Hesed "Bnei Azriel", decided not to miss the opportunity to see one of the gems of Jewish cultural heritage in Ukraine. Having received an invitation from dear colleagues, last Sunday our delegation visited Chernigov. And the occasion was wonderful – the celebration of the anniversary of the Charitable Jewish Fund "Hesed Esther"!
The rainy autumn weather and a regular routine of care had absolutely no impact on the festive mood of the organizers and guests. Hall of the Chernigov regional Philharmonic center of festivals and concert programs was full! The holiday’s spirit filled not only the majestic arch cover of the concert hall, but passed the excitement to artists, creative collectives and the honorary guests who came to congratulate Hesed Esther with its 20th anniversary.
During the celebration sounded very sincere wishes, touching words of gratitude to Hesed and its staff, and the city leaders highly appreciated the contribution of our colleagues in the development of social and cultural vectors of the municipal program. We also joined in the congratulations. And now, remembering with pleasure the warm hospitality of Irina Lipkina, Director of “Hesed Esther” and its staff, we would like to wish a Charitable Jewish Fund "Hesed Esther" the brightest days, the most generous sponsors, exciting events and meetings, as well as energy, stability and happiness to each member of hesed’s friendly family – good health, love and prosperity!
